47.05 Examination of judgment debtor
(1) At an examination, a judgment debtor summoned to attend must produce the documents described in the examination summons.
(2)
An examination need not be conducted in open court.
(3)
In an examination, the judgment debtor may be examined by:
(a)
the registrar conducting the examination;
(b)
the judgment creditor; or
(c)
a person in the exclusive employ of a judgment creditor.
(4) An examination need not be confined to matters in the judgment debtor's declaration of financial circumstances.
