47.10 Duration of arrest warrant
(1)
A warrant for the arrest of a judgment debtor is valid for execution for 12 months after the date on which it is issued.
(2)
The validity of a warrant for the arrest of a judgment debtor may be extended in accordance with rule 43.04.
