49.09 Time for payment by garnishee
(1)
A garnishee must pay a debt due, in accordance with an attachment of debts order, not later than 21 days after service of the order on the garnishee.
(2)
A garnishee must pay a debt accruing, in accordance with an attachment of debts order, not later than 21 days after the accrual of the debt.
