5.08 Urgent case
In an urgent case, the Court may:
(a)
on the application of a person who intends to commence proceedings; and
(b)
on the person's undertaking to commence the proceedings within the time the Court directs:
make any order the Court might make if the applicant had commenced the proceedings and the application were made in the proceedings.
