52.01 Application for appointment of receiver
(1)
A judgment creditor may apply for the appointment of a receiver by way of equitable execution in accordance with Order 39 of the
Supreme Court Rules 1987.
(2)
Order 39 of the Supreme Court Rules 1987 applies to a receiver appointed under this Part in the same way as it applies to a receiver appointed for any other purpose.
