153 Permission to amend campaign donation return
(1)
A candidate may request permission from the Electoral
Commission:
(a)
to personally amend a campaign donation return to correct an omission or an error; or
(b)
for the Electoral Commission to amend a campaign donation return to correct an omission or an error.
(2)
The amendment of a campaign donation return under this section does not affect the liability of a candidate for an offence against section 154(2).
