171 CEO to notify council of change in staff
The CEO must notify each member of the council if any of the following occurs:
(a)
the CEO appoints a person to be a council senior staff member;
(b)
a council senior staff member resigns;
(c)
a council senior staff member's appointment is terminated;
(d) a council senior staff member's contract expires and is not renewed.
