192 Authorised deposit accounts
(1)
A council or local government subsidiary may establish as many authorised deposit accounts as may be necessary for proper financial administration.
(2)
All money received by a council or local government subsidiary must be paid into an authorised deposit account.
(3)
All expenditure made by a council or local government subsidiary must be made from an authorised deposit account.
