269 Public cemeteries, community cemeteries and facilities
(1)
A council is the responsible entity for a public cemetery or a community cemetery that is located in the council's area.
(2)
If a council is the responsible entity for a public cemetery or a community cemetery, the council may make by-laws for the management and control of that cemetery.
(3)
A council is the responsible entity for a facility that is located in a public cemetery in the council's area.
