277 By-laws for animal management
Without limiting section 275, the power of a council to make by-laws extends to the making of by-laws providing for:
(a)
the seizure of an apparently diseased, injured, savage, destructive, stray or unregistered animal or an animal at large; and
(b)
the destruction of a diseased, injured, savage, destructive, unclaimed, unregistered or unwanted animal.
