325 Council's decision on recommendation
(1)
After receiving a recommendation from an administrative review committee, the council must make a final decision on the application.
(2)
The decision need not be consistent with the administrative review committee's recommendation.
(3) The CEO must give a decision notice to the applicant as soon as practicable after the council makes a final decision on the application, but no later than 90 days after receiving the application for review under section 324(1).
