328 Review does not affect decisions and orders
(1)
An application for review of an NTCAT reviewable decision to
NTCAT does not suspend the operation of the decision.
(2)
However, NTCAT may make an order suspending an obligation arising from a decision to which a review relates, or prohibiting action to give effect to the decision, until NTCAT makes its decision on the matter.
(3)
Section 44(2) of the Northern Territory Civil and
Administrative Tribunal Act 2014 does not apply to a review of a decision made under this Act.
