33 Meaning of municipal, regional or shire plans
(1)
Each council must have a plan for its area.
(2)
The plan for a council is:
(a)
for a municipality – the municipal plan; and
(b)
for a region – the regional plan; and
(c)
for a shire – the shire plan.
(3)
A council's municipal, regional or shire plan:
(a)
must be accessible on the council's website; and
(b) must be available for inspection at the council's public office; and
(c) must be available for purchase from the council's public office at a fee fixed by the council.
