370 Application of amendments related to prospective councils
(1)
The amendments to section 19 of the Act made by section 5 of the amending Act do not apply to a prospective council established before the commencement of section 5 of the amending Act.
(2)
Sections 19B and 19C do not apply to a prospective council established before the commencement of section 6 of the amending Act.
