5 Rights and interests of Aboriginal traditional owners
The rights and interests of Aboriginal traditional owners, as set out in the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976
(Cth) and the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth), are to be recognised and the delivery of local government services must be in harmony with those Acts.
