50 Casual vacancies
Subject to this Act, a person ceases to hold office as a member of a council if the person:
(a)
dies; or
(b) is disqualified from office as a member of the council under section 47; or
(ba)
is dismissed under section 132U(1); or
(c)
resigns by written notice given to the CEO.
