16 Infringement notice penalties
Any amount paid to the Territory by the National Regulator under section 10 of the Marine Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel)
National Law Act 2012 (Cth) in relation to an infringement notice is (subject to any refund payment under section 10(2) of that
Act) payable into the Central Holding Authority.
