17 Fines, fees etc. not otherwise payable to Territory
(1)
All fees, penalties, fines and other money that, under the applied provisions, are authorised or directed to be payable by or imposed on any person (but not including an amount ordered to be refunded to another person) must be paid to the National Regulator.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to any fees referred to in section
15.
