36 Establishment, &c., of pounds
(1)
The Council may:
(a)
establish a pound; or
(b) make such arrangements as it thinks fit for the use of premises for impounding dogs under these By‑laws.
(2) The Council may appoint such persons as it thinks fit to be pound managers of a pound.
