43 Dog races, &c.
(1)
The Council may, by notice in writing, exempt a person or body from by‑law 24 or 25, or both, for the purposes of a dog race, dog trial, dog show or while taking part in the activities of a dog obedience club or while using a dog to drive cattle or stock on a road or for such other purpose or event as the Council may, from time to time, determine.
(2)
An exemption under clause (1) may relate to a particular event or to a class of events and may be subject to such conditions, if any, as the Council thinks fit.
