Appeals

A person aggrieved by a decision of the Council made or taken under these By‑laws (not being a decision made or taken to commence proceedings for an offence against, under or in relation to these

By‑laws) may make an application of appeal, in a form approved by the President of the Tribunal, to the Tribunal against the decision.
