63 Liability of directors, managers and corporations
Where a corporation is convicted of an offence against this Act, every director and every person concerned in the management of the corporation shall be guilty of a like offence if it is proved that the act or omission that constituted the offence took place with the person's authority, permission, or consent, or that the person knew the offence was to be or was being committed and failed to take all reasonable steps to prevent or stop it.
Where an employee or agent of a licensee is convicted of an offence against this Act in respect of operations in relation to a licence the licensee shall be guilty of a like offence.
It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence by the licensee that is referred to in subsection (2) if the licensee establishes that he or she took all reasonable precautions to prevent the commission of the offence by the other person.
