(1)
The School shall consist of the Board members and the persons appointed under this section as members.
(2)
The Board may invite such persons as it thinks fit to be members of the School.
(3)
On the acceptance in writing of an invitation under subsection
(2)
, the Board shall appoint a person to be a member.
(4)
A member who is not a Board member may resign his office as a member by writing signed by him and delivered to the Secretary but such resignation is not effective until accepted by the Board.
