8 Annual general meeting
(1)
An annual general meeting of members shall be held as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year at such time and place as the Board thinks fit.
(2)
The business of the annual general meeting shall be to receive and consider the statement of receipts and expenditure of the School, the auditor's report on that statement and a report by the Board on the work of the School.
(3)
The manner of calling an annual general meeting and the procedures relating to the conduct of the meeting shall be as prescribed.
