59 Transitional matters for Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2018
(1)
This Act, as in force immediately before 1 July 2018, continues to apply in relation to a royalty year that started before
1 July 2018.
(2)
The amendments made to this Act by Part 2, Division 2 of the
Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2018 apply in relation to a royalty year that starts on or after 1 July 2018.
(3)
The amendments made to this Act by Part 2, Division 3 of the
Revenue Legislation Amendment Act 2018 apply in relation to a royalty year that starts on or after 1 July 2019.
