60 Transitional matters for Mineral Royalty Amendment Act 2021
(1)
Section 4B(1), as amended by section 4 of the Mineral Royalty
Amendment Act 2021, applies only in relation to a royalty year that commences on or after 1 July 2021.
(2)
Section 4B(1), as in force immediately before the commencement of section 4 of the Mineral Royalty Amendment Act 2021, continues to apply in relation to a royalty year that commenced before 1 July 2021.
