13 Proceedings of Commission when constituted by more than one member
(1)
This section applies if the Commission is constituted by 2 or more persons.
(2)
The Commissioner is the chairperson of the Commission.
(3)
The Commission may conduct its proceedings (including meetings) in the way it considers appropriate.
