7 Functions of the Commission
The Commission has the following functions:
(a)
to administer the MAC scheme in accordance with the Motor
Accidents (Compensation) Act 1979;
(b)
to manage the Fund;
(c)
to promote road safety;
(d)
to perform any other function conferred on it under an Act.
