33 Commission to wind up residual banking business
(1)
If this Act commences before the banking sale date, this section does not apply until the banking sale date.
(2)
The Commission has the following functions:
(a)
carrying on the residual banking business until all residual deposits have been repaid;
(b)
winding up the residual banking business.
