37 Treasurer's Determinations
(1)
Under section 25, the Treasurer may also make determinations about prudential standards that:
(a)
must be applied by the Commission in relation to the MACC banking business; or
(b)
relate to the performance of the Commission's functions in relation to the MACC banking business.
(2)
For each financial year during which the Commission carries on the MACC banking business the Treasurer may charge the Commission a prudential supervision fee in respect of that business of an amount determined in accordance with the Determinations.
