50 Non-public service staff of Service Corporation
(1)
In addition to the staff referred to in section 49(1), the
Service Corporation may employ persons, under written agreements, for the performance of any of the functions or the exercise of any of the powers of the Corporation.
(2)
The terms and conditions of employment of persons employed under subsection (1) are such as the Corporation determines from time to time.
