29 Territory Parks Act provisions to apply
(1)
Parts IV and VIII and sections 113, 115, 118, 119, 120 and 121 of the Territory Parks Act apply to and in relation to the Park as though it were a park within the meaning of that Act.
(2)
Regulations and By-laws made under the Territory Parks Act apply to and in relation to the Park as though it were a park within the meaning of that Act, to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the plan of management or a by-law made under this Act.
