Area to be surrendered from lease for Aboriginal cultural centre

(1)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the

Corporation, on receiving a notice in writing from the Land Council requiring it to do so, shall surrender such area of land within the

Park as is specified in the notice and is reasonably necessary for the purposes of the erection or development of an Aboriginal cultural centre.

(2)

An Aboriginal cultural centre to be erected or developed on the area referred to in subsection (1) shall be provided for in, and developed and managed in accordance with, the plan of management.
