33 Statutory Corporations, &c., may deal with Corporation

A statutory corporation or local government council may:

(a)

borrow or raise money or otherwise obtain financial accommodation from the Corporation;

(b)

invest moneys on deposit with, or in securities issued by, the

Corporation; or

(c)

enter into any other transaction which the Corporation proposes to enter into with it in the performance of the Corporation's functions under this Act,

notwithstanding anything in any other law in force in the Territory which prohibits or may prohibit the statutory corporation or local government council from so doing.
