34 Regulations
The Administrator may make regulations not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing matters:
required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the
Regulations:
may prescribe the form of and the manner of issuing securities by the Corporation;
may provide for the keeping and inspection of and the taking of copies of or extracts from the register of inscribed stock ledgers of the Corporation; and
may provide for lost or defaced debentures, coupons, bonds, stock certificates and other securities issued by the Corporation and the destruction of discharged debentures, coupons, bonds, stock certificates and other securities.
