76 Report of results of conciliation
(1) The relevant official for the police complaint must report the results of the conciliation process to:
(a) if the official is the Ombudsman – the Commissioner; or
(b) if the official is the Commissioner – the Ombudsman.
(2) The
Ombudsman may, if satisfied the matter raised by the police complaint has been properly resolved by the conciliation process, decide the complaint should not be investigated or further investigated.
