81 Conduct of investigation
(1) As soon as practicable after the decision to investigate the police complaint is made, the officer in charge of the Professional
Standards Command must ensure the investigation is completed.
(2) The investigation must be conducted, subject to any direction of the
Commissioner, in the way the officer in charge of the Professional
Standards Command considers appropriate.
