30 Retirement from partnership
(1)
Where a fixed term is not agreed on for the duration of a partnership, a partner may determine the partnership at any time by giving notice of his or her intention to do so to the other partners.
(2)
Where a partnership was originally constituted by deed, a notice in writing, signed by the partner giving it, is notice for the purposes of subsection (1).
(3)
This section does not apply to an incorporated limited partnership.
