32 Duty of partner to give information
(1)
A partner in a firm other than an incorporated limited partnership must give accurate and complete information about the firm to each of the other partners in the firm.
(2)
Subject to the partnership agreement, an incorporated limited partnership must give accurate and complete information about the partnership to each partner in the partnership.
