79 Review of certificate
(1)
A person whose interests are affected by a decision to issue the certificate may apply to the Supreme Court, within 28 days after the notice referred to in section 78(5)(a)(ii) is given, for a review of the decision.
(2)
The operation of the certificate is suspended until the application is withdrawn or the review is decided.
(3)
In deciding the application, the Supreme Court may:
(a)
confirm the decision; or
(b)
set aside the decision and cancel the certificate.
(4)
This section does not prevent the Commissioner cancelling the certificate at any time after the application for the review is made.
