84 Cancellation of registration
(1)
The Commissioner must, by notice in the Gazette, cancel an incorporated limited partnership's registration after it is wound up.
(2)
The partnership ceases to exist on the cancellation.
(3)
The Commissioner must record the cancellation in the register.
