12A Rate of interest for late payment
(1) For section 57(1) of the Act, the rate of interest is the statutory interest rate as in force from time to time.
(2)
In this regulation:
statutory interest rate has the meaning given to it under section 35(1) of the Taxation Administration Act 2007.
