13 Monitoring sites
For section 75 of the Act, a monitoring site must be marked by a marker of steel or other durable material protruding above the surface of the ground so as to be clearly visible, to which is attached a tag bearing the words "Monitoring Site marker ....
Removal is an offence", or to that effect.
