19 Objections
(1)
Objections to the grant of an exploration permit may be lodged in response to a notice published under section 18(1) in accordance with the statement referred to in section 18(1)(e).
(2)
The Minister must give to the applicant copies of the objections (if any) lodged under subsection (1), together with a notice to the effect that, within 30 days after the date of the notice, the applicant may lodge with the Minister replies to or other comments about the objections.
(2A)
The Minister must, as soon as practicable after receiving the objections, publish the objections on the Agency's website.
