(1)
For the purposes of section 86(1) of the Act, the fee payable is
19 revenue units.
(2)
For the purposes of section 87(2) of the Act, the fee is to be calculated at the rate of $5.75 per page.
(3)
For the purposes of section 87(3) of the Act, the fee payable is
28 revenue units.
