Amount of security

In force

For the purposes of section 114(1)(a) of the Act, the prescribed amount of a security is:

(a)

in the case of a security referred to in Division 2 or 2A of Part

II of the Act – $30 000;

(b)

in the case of a security referred to in Division 3 of Part II of the Act – $300 000; and

(c)

in the case of a security referred to in Division 4 of Part II of the Act – $120 000.
