104A Annual report
(1)
The Chair of the Development Consent Authority must prepare and give to the Minister a report on the performance by the Development
Consent Authority of its functions during each financial year.
(2)
The report must be given to the Minister by 31 October following the end of the financial year.
(3)
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative
Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
