164 Saving of extensions of period and applications
(1) If a period referred to in section 46 of the former Act was extended under section 47 of the former Act, the period is to be taken to be a period extended under section 37 of this Act commencing at the time it commenced under the former Act.
If an application was received under section 47 of the former
Act but was not determined under that section before the commencement date, it is to be taken to be an application under section 37 of this
Act.
An application that was received under section 43 of the former
Act but was not determined under section 45 of the former Act before the commencement of this Act is to be taken to be an application under section 38 of this Act.
