166 Saving of statement of reasons and appeal periods
(1)
A statement of reasons issued under section 52(2), 57 or 58 of the former Act is, subject to this section, to be taken to be a statement of the reasons for the determination in respect of a particular matter under section 54, 59 or 57 of this Act, respectively.
(2)
A person must not lodge a notice of appeal relating to a statement of reasons referred to in this section after the expiration of 28 days after the date of the determination to which the reasons relate.
