Division 4Procedures and decisions relating to concurrent application placed on exhibition
30L Consultation
(1)
The Minister may give the consent authority a written direction to carry out consultation about the concurrent application in addition to considering submissions and conducting a hearing under this Division.
(2)
The direction may specify the persons with whom, and the manner in which, the consultation is to be carried out.
